Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we always aim to be as fair and flexible as possible.

Standard Reservations
– Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
– If you cancel 13 to 7 days before check-in, we will refund 50% of the total reservation amount.
– Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Rates
– Bookings made with a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or modified.
– The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

No-Shows
– In case of a no-show (if you don’t arrive and don’t inform us), the reservation is non-refundable.

Early Departures


– If you choose to leave earlier than planned, unused nights are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
